Todd Nickle is a veteran criminal trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience handling criminal cases in Texas courts. Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Todd has earned a reputation as a sharp, strategic, and fearless advocate in the courtroom.
He began his legal career under the legendary Johnny Holmes as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, where he prosecuted everything from misdemeanors to capital murder. Later, he served as a felony prosecutor in Williamson County, handling hundreds of serious cases—some featured on Court TV and Forensic Files. During that time, he also trained over 1,000 law enforcement officers and spoke at conferences across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.
